We designed the Zeta Plus(TM) Activated Carbon Series Filter Cartridge to meet the need for a broad array of pharmaceutical manufacturing applications. Purification attributes mirror those of bulk activated carbon including decolorization, catalyst adsorption and removal of specific polar or nonpolar contaminants and eliminate the need to handle carbon powder in bulk form. Activated carbon is made into Zeta Plus filter media with the addition of cellulose fibers and a positively charged resin. This eliminates the use of bulk carbon that causes dust-related issues especially for operators.
